problem with forum

hi
I install forum madi simle. I would like create several user which can add new topics but only several users which I created.
so
user login on site and after this operation can insert new topics.
It will be great if one user can add topics only to forum nr1 and next user (different) can add topics only to forum nr2.
It is possible ?
