Hi  all

I hope one of this community users help me step by step to create one form
with these properties , because I`m very confused with working by Form Builder Module .

I want to create a form with these fields :
1- a text filed that get customer email address ;
2- a Check Box Group that have 3 check box items and
each checkbox is name of one unique product .
Now when user submit the form in redirected page after form submission there is
a demonstration of form result like this :

Your email is customer@domain.com .
You have selected these products :
Product 1 - Price = 100 $
Product 2 - Price = 150 $
Product 3 - Not Selected
---------------------------------
Total Price : 250 $

and after this form submission a copy of above result sent to my email address , But customer
would receive an email with this content :

Hi
You should pay 250 $ to purchase your favorite commodities .
Please pay with VISA and this identification number : 1111-1111-1111-1111

at least tell me how can I send a specefic message to customer email after submission ?
Attention : Customer email is one of required field in my form .

I've been building a couple of forms lately with form builder and doing a lot of customization (even contracting for some heavier stuff). I can try to give you a hand in the morning. PM me if you still need help and I'll look at closer. This is definitely possible, though.
