The image icon in the file manager for text files is missing from the install:

admin/themes/default/images/icons/filetypes/ftxt.gif

also, if you have it and don't mind, please email it to me rkroboth at centerpath dot com

Mine has frtf.gif 'rich text file' in CMSMS 1.0,, 1.0.8, 1.1 from 1.0 to 1.1 all have the same thing in admin/themes/default/images/icons/filetypes...

Where did you come up with that file missing, are you not seeing any icon for text files?
