Updating content

I work for a non-profit organization that has multiple sections in it and I would like to have this CMS so that anyone can update new information to our website. Currently people are telling me everything that they want updated and are getting me to put it up on the site.

The main issue that I have is we have a severe lack of technical staff.

I wanted just use "Content: Pages" but i want all the updated information on the same page... in order to do that i would have to use the same content page and just have people add to it, which would cause people to get confused and erase the current information.

Anyone have any other ideas on how to resolve my issue?

This sounds like a great opportunity to use HTML blobs.

You put all of the blobs in your template, and then give your individual editors the name of "their" blob. They edit them individually, but the results are displayed as an aggregate.

True true ... you should use blobs here. And / or (if you need to) you might use RSS/XML-feeds as user-tags to grab some content from elsewhere and have it displayed. Lots of opportunities with CMS made simple. That's just one reason (out of a hundred) why I love it.
