in a jam

Hello!
I am in a jam with a project. I promised to build a website for my friend and I did not know what kind of problems I would have with it because of the design she had made for it before we started. I've used html and cms-systems before, but not much css, so I am getting nowhere because of the expectations she has for it. She is starting a business, but she has no funds at the moment for paying for it right away - the business will be profitable later on, I know this and she is more than happy to pay for the work later, just not right now. Heh! If there is no website though there will be no business either. I find the cms made simple system extremely good for her to manage later on, so I am asking if there is anyone who would be interested to build her site, take on a real challenge and could wait for a payment for a while.
This project includes separate templates for different sections of the site - if I have counted right, there is the frontpage (different layout than the others, 5+ pictures with links. not much contect there) and 5 layouts for the other sections which luckily are very similar to each other, only the added pictures will differ for each section and contect that we could do yourselves.
If you are interested, please send me an e-mail and ...please, add information about your general pricing, so that I can show it to her.
She is very nice, even though there are standards with this and she sticks to them... Pooh!
