Problem with Feuser

Hello,
My Problem is following:
When I save my user settings on the change user settings page, all settings will be deleted.
I can't say whats the Problem, because there are no Warnings or Error messages.
It's very funny, because sometimes it works, sometimes al fields are emty!?!
Please Help!

My CMSMS Version: 1.0.8 "Kona"
My FEU Version: 1.2.0
My Server runs on LAMPP with default settings
