error message with insert/edit image

CMS Made Simple 1.0.6 "Niihau"
Clients are on PC's, IE 6 and it only happens to them when they press insert/edit image. Error message is below.
we've tried it on countless PC's (IE) and Mac's (firefox) with no problem at all.
