Errors after server-error

Hi!
I've been using CMS made simple for a while now, on various websites.
Earlier today the server my websites are on had some problems (my webhost didn't specify what problems exactly). The server is back up, but two of my CMS made simple websites are generating errors now. http://www.babyballooning.nl and http://www.ballonlink.nl
I've already restored the backup from this morning before the server had a problem, and cleared the cache of both websites, but to no avail. I've looked at this error to see if I could find the problem:
Warning: loadmodules() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/ballonlink/domains/ballonlink.nl/public_html/modules/FileManager/FileManager.module.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ballonlink/domains/ballonlink.nl/public_html/lib/classes/class.moduleloader.inc.php on line 112
I've tried to locate the file, and it's where it's supposed to be. I can also access it to see what's in the file.
An option I've been thinking of is to upgrade to version 1.1 of CMSMS. I am currently using 1.0.2.
Can you please help me?
