Hi everyone!

first let me say this: CMSMS >> Joomla! (I tried cmsms, then joomla, then cam running back to cmsms  )

Now I have a bit of a problem:

CMSMS version 1.1
ThemeManager version 1.0.8

when I try installing themes from: http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org

I get an error from ThemeManager to the extent of:

Theme Manager

Error!

DTD Version mismatch, cannot import

I managed to import andreas01, for example - but all the other XML files I tried give me the error.
what's the problem and how can I fix it?






some themes come in a zip file and have several files in them that have extensions like .MM and .TPL
can I convert these?

This means that the XML file was generated by an earlier version of ThemeManager which isn't compatible with the newer version

DTD = 'Data Type Definition'.... so there's more/less/different stuff in the XML file than what CMS expects now.

Solution:
  Well, not that much has changed, but enough to potentially make life difficult.  You can try comparing the DTD in the
  CMS core against what's in the XML file and try adding things (that's what I'd have to do).

ah so basicly lots of the themes over at the site are outdated?

well thanks I guess Ill just get one with TPL file, MM file and CSS.

even though it is more work, It is not prone to going out of date as much as the XML versions... and still works.

I'm really sad about this.  I wanted to use the template here

interactive is its name.
has anyone updated the interactive theme to make it work with the current release of cms?  Thanks!

Which theme did you have a problem with, I have upgraded my site so I should be able to get a newer version to you if it is one I did or have tried from the theme site...
