Hi, I am using CMSMS 1.0.8 and FormBuilder 0.3

I am trying to create a form that has some generic information at the top, Name and EMail, then has a repeating section that I want to be something like the following, with a header row and then a row for each item.

I have so far been  unable to create this kind of format by using CSS and FormBuilder.  But I am very new to CSS.  I think my difficulty lies in the fact that FormBuilder uses tags to wrap the elements in CSS, whereas none of the examples I see do this.  So I am having a really hard time trying to make tables look like examples I have, even when I attempt to use their CSS.

So, a couple of questions:

1) Has anyone done anything similar to the above with FormBuilder ?  I am flexible on how this looks, but because I want to be able to have a good quantity of items ( maybe 20 ) they each can really only take up one row.

2) Another option could be to have a form section that isn't all on one row, say a fileset that contains all of the above fields, which upon pressing a button adds the new item to the list.  So, a user would enter item 1, hit submit, (which would clear that portion of the form and add the new item to the list) then enter item 2, hit submit etc etc  Is this kind of function possible with form builder ?  If not what are my options here ?

I'm trying to do something very similar, integrating with nopcart which essentially generates a form with javascript.

I'll get back if I find a solution.

Of course any help will be appreciated.
