Safari missing scrollbar with iframe-embedded blog

This is a Mac-only problem.
Nullig and Elijah Lofgren were very helpful in helping me get my iframe-embedded blog functioning properly in IE ver 6. Thanks and continuing kudos to them both!
Now it seems I'm having a problem with a missing vertical scrollbar for my embedded blog when using Safari ver 3.0 (and perhaps older versions as well).
Here's what my site looks like with the embedded blog (of course, to see the problem, you'll have to be using Safari):

Here's the raw blog, that is, not embedded in my CMSMS site:

Safari is fine in the later case with respect to vertical scrollbar functionality.
In order to have gotten Internet Explorer working properly, I needed to have the following code in my template:
Is there something equivalent for a Safari test and exception routine?
