FrontEndUsers causing page to quit loading... help please!

I just upgraded my frontEndUsers module and now its causing the page to fail loading. I had at first added the selfReg module and it began failing so I thought that was the cause but I dont think since all that is on the page link below is just the forum module and the FEU module. If I remove the FEU module, everything loads fine. Im not getting any errors either. Just a failed content load. Can someone please help? I'm stuck and I have to get this out the door asap  Thanks for the help!

upload on server the install directory and call http://xxxxxx/install  and check your memory (now delete install folder)
If you have 8MB there is memory problem: search in forum for "ini_set memory"

I had the sys ops guy run a test and take a look. PHP and the CMS system have 200MB available to it. I dont have any issues with any other modules causing issues or not completing page rendering. FEU is the only one. FYI, I have also tried multiple templates, etc to see if maybe there was a conflict but no luck.

check your php error log and see what it says, it may be an upload issue or something since you said you 'just upgraded FEU'.
