Payment - Membership - Integration

Hi guys...
I'm relatively new to CMSMS and forum, and I LIKE THIS VERY MUCH.
I didn't need any help till now.... I always try my best to learn by try/mistake principle, but I'm HEAVILY STUCK and I don't think that this system would help me now
!!!
My PHP / MySQL knowledge is modes, but I'm not total lame either
I have all this modules installed:
FrontEndUsers 1.2.0 Installed
CustomContent 1.4.6 Installed
CMSMailer 1.73.10 Installed
SelfRegistration 1.1.1 Installed

What I want to do is:
When someone clicks on join link.... he is supposed to be taken to CC-Bill site, fill out Card Info, name etc...
Next I want "feedback" from CC-Bill site to check IF PAYMENT WAS SUCCESS - I want user redirected to SelfRegistration module (so he can create his username & pass). If PAYMENT FAILED - I want user redirected to some other page....
My trouble is: How to connect this CCBill module ? And to receive a feedback for CC--Bill about payment status (SUCCESS or FAILED)
If somebody here have good knowledge on how to that.... I would appreciate help.
If someone have solution with another processing company, that will do the job also (not necessarily has to be cc-bill - paypal or something similar will be OK also)!!!
