Missing Content Blocks for Adding Content [Solved]

I just did probably the 50th install of cmsms. Never really had any issues with installing it until now. I installed the latest version 1.0.8 and when I go in to add a page, edit a page, add a GCB or edit a GCB, there is no content block for adding text.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

Did you try a re-install? re-copying the files to the server?
Is your php memory limit too low?

This is the second install of this site. On the second install, I even deleted the entire subdomain on which it was installed and started from scratch. I guess I'll have to do that again -- start all over again.

Do you have any additional modules installed? and are they OK?
What is your php memory limit?
Which editor are you using? try TinyMCE, if you're not using it.

No modules installed.
Don't know the memory limit or even how to check it.
I shouldn't have to mess with any editor as I haven't had to with any previous installs. Like I stated before, I've done this installation for about 50 websites already. This is the first time it hasn't worked.

I just did the install for a third time and got the same result.
Oh, and I see what you're asking now about the php memory limit. It's at 32 (I think that's what the number was.)

Strange problem, indeed.
Are you sure that all of the files are uploaded to the server?
Try downloading the full release and uploading it again.

I did try that. I gave up on the 1.0.8 version and tried to install the 1.0.4 version, which is what I've been using. I got it to install with the content blocks showing, but now there's no WYSIWYG editor! URGH! I'm going cross-eyed looking at this! I think I'll take a break and try again tomorrow.
