Is it possible to print all the user manual without doing each page individually and without getting the index at the start of each page?

If you could do that it would make installation, set up and initial use infinitely so much easier for new users and help reduce repetitive questions here by new users

Yes I know - the docs are IMHO the biggest problem for now since the maintainers of documentation project (westis, patricia) are no longer active (since a long time) ...
