In order for the 'More' link to show up, you need to have {$entry->morelink} sonewhere in your summary template.
I recommend you follow the following steps:
a) Click the 'Reset To Defaults' button below the 'Default Summary Template' edit area in the preferences tab of the Q&A module. (just to be sure that what you have as a default matches what was uploaded).
b) in the 'Summary Templates' tab of the Q&A module, click 'New Template'
c) ensure that {$entry->morelink} is in the template that appears.
d) click submit
e) click on the X graphic to make this new template the default template.
