Hi everybody,
as you can see on page
http://www.dpsgbergischland.de there aren't shown any news.
But in the backend there are three written news in the newsmodul but they aren't shown on the page.
But I don't know why.
Has anybody an idea?

How do you call the news on that page, what is within the {news} tag, do the entries belong to the categorie, are they all active, not expired.

{cms_module module='news' number='5' category='Neues im Bezirk'}
this is the tag I make use of. The category exists.
And the site of that the contenttype is News, there aren't shown any news too.

Are they published and not expired, did you check without the Category-parameter.

Hi they aren't expired and it doesn't work without the category-parameter, too.

I think re-installing NEWS-module is the option left then. I've read about others that had problems with news, re-installing solved the issue.....

Please try to use this
Code: Select all
{news number='5' category='Neues im Bezirk'}
in content.
And the site of that the contenttype is News
IMHO tags works better than contenttypes ...

Something isn't correct with you installation. I checked it and saw that differently from my 2.2 module news in 1.0.7 of CMSMS the bottom of the entry doesn't look like the image below.
Did you uninstall/remove and then reinstall or only uninstall/install, if you didn't remove the module, everything is still left in the database. If you didn't remove, please uninstall, then remove and then re-install.

So,
I've deinstalled the News Modul. I've deleted the module. I've uploaded the module. I've installed the module.
This hasn't solved the problem.
I use the 1.0.7
