Pop up new, comments?

Howdy.
I was wondering if it was possible to have a "read more|comments" option at the bottom of my news summary that would open in a little pop up window and display the entire article and the comments.
I already have the comments module, but my site is fixed width and heighth, so a pop up would fit me more.
