Is there any way that I can install cmsms on a usb memory stick.  I am now using cms to build more websites and I want to c reate the site locally before uploading to the net.  I am also guessing that this will make it quicker to edit the pages too.

You have only to install a local webserver like xampp on your stick. Then you can install there CMSms too.
