CMS Made Simple Forums

Hello,
I'm kind of searching for a new CMS. I'd like to create PHP scripts, and have CMSMS manage them. I'd also like to have subscriptions, where a user only has access to certain pages if they pay.  Is this possible?

I'm not sure I understand well, but have a look in the doc (wiki) about :
-global content blocks,
-user defined tags,
-the front end user module,
-the custom content module
-and may be other modules and doc (shared tags).

BTW, you don't need programming knowledge to play with CMSms.
