Upgrade 1.04 to 1.05/1.06 broke the Search Templates

Hello.
Today I updated my 1.0.4 installation to 1.0.5 and after that to 1.0.6 using the diffs (cmsmadesimple-diff-1.0.4-1.0.5, cmsmadesimple-diff-1.0.5-1.0.6).
To my surprise, the Search Templates reverted to the default
Any ideea how to recover them ? I do have a backup for files, but I don't have the backup of the old database.
Any ideea what caused that ?
