NMS (Newsletter) Dutch translation

Dutch translation for the Newsletter Made Simple module.
1. Rename to nl_NL.php (replace .txt with .php).
2. Place in /modules/NMS/lang/ext/
3. Make sure CMSMS is set to Dutch (Nederlands).
