I've downloaded and expanded CMS and uploaded to my server.
Now, to continue installing i have to change the properties of different files.

For example; i change prop. of /templates ... ok, i see 777. If i go into a map and go back to file /templates it is again in 666.
So there is no permanent setting.
How can i change properties on a permanent way? wich i can change back to 666 after install.

2 possibilities. Something with server or something with FTP program. Eliminate one by trying another ftp program like Filezilla. Today I changed some permissions with it so should be possible at least.

It also depends on your web hosting. I am unable to change file permissions myself but my webhost has no problem with me emailing them and they will do it for me. SO check with your webhost as well.
