Hi guys, a general question on CMS, need suggestion from CMS pros -


Website will be based on home rental/sale for local town.

For example-  People can post their ad, by submitting info on house,  contact information,  upload sample pic of rooms etc.


[Some more detail that may not fit here  ->  People may view the ad for free, but if they need to submit an ad, then they will have to register and pay a small fee,  ad expires after 30 days  etc etc.]


Can you suggest me CMS for this purpose?

With Formbuilder module you can create forms and store informations in database.

Use FrontendUsers, CustomContent and SelfReg module for that.

CMSMS is great. But have you looked into OpenRealty? It's designed specifically for realty sites.

There's a lot (all) possible with CMSms, but as others said it's depending on your requirements and you skills.

OpenRealty is a special CMS for house rental but I'm not sure if it has a detailed member management.
