guestbook login?

is it possible to set up some sort of registration or login for Guestbook-1.1.9?
Not directly. If you want you can combine FEU and CC (FrontEndUsers and CustomContent), to have users with logins to the site, where CC gives only specific a specific menu. You can also use the option to have posts not automatically being published, and await approval in the admin "shownow"-option. With the addition of "Captcha", you can stop spammers to post through robots.
