FLV Player

Hi guys!
I've problem...it's a bit confusing!
I tried to install the module flv player and this messes up the whole layout of the cms!
After deleting the data and map of the flv player everything works fine again.
Is there a way to get the flv player working?
any help would be much appreciated!
