user defined tags

I just had to figure out how to change templates and the one installed was the only one I found with .css and template.  It also says to make 2 'user defined tags' that I believe are for the graphics but I've no idea where to put them or create them

I also got about 4 'smarty' errors when the page first loaded but they seem to have gone away.

All these themes in XML format make no sence to me with no css or template.  Guess I'll just look thru the zipped files

Theme manager doesn't handle User Defined Tags (Extensions >> User Defined Tags), or Global Content Blocks (Content >> Global Content Blocks).  People uploading themese should use caution to ensure that their uploaded templates don't have them.

Theme Manager does handle menu manager templates, and css, and images, etc that are in the template and in the css.
But GCB's and UDT's are not strictly part of a theme, they're part of the functionality of the page or site.

I tried another XML upload and it worked.  Seems it takes awhile to generate or I just missed a step the first time.  Now where all these new theme files go I haven't a clue.  I was trying to manually put them in the themes directory.

I notice this new template does not pickup the global site name with this

{sitename} - {title}
