Make a links directory

Hi everybody,
I'd like to let you know I'm using CMS made Simple and is great!
I'd like to insert in my web site a links directory. I saw o the forum that people are using the module company directory and so on but is there something to make a link directory as it should be with categories and submission form?
I think it's really important even for SEO. What do you think?
