Changing the CSS of phplayers

I am trying to set up my new template, but the menu borks it up. Check http://www.ibbs.co.nz/cmsmadesimple/index.php to see what I mean. (see attached image). I would be able to fix it if I could edit the CSS for it.

Can you please tell me where you edit it, and also what class/id tags affect what.

The other thing is how do I make phplayers standards compliant? It uses tables for formatting and script inside the body tag. Both of which are a no no.

Since you seem to be CSS savvy, you should either use {bulletmenu} as a replacement or look at one of the other options discussed on the forums here.  PHPLayers IS a nasty table hack, and I'm probably going to remove it in a future release (or at least make it not the default choice).
