FCKEditorX Settings Broken

Admin Area -> Extensions -> FCKEditorX
The background colour box doesn't seem to work, and i'm not sure what the "body tag CSS" is for, that seems to make changes to the below window but that's all.
I've spoken to reneh about this on IRC and, as far as I can tell, he appears to be having a similar issue.
I've got a page with a dark background with the content in a light background div, so this renders the editor unusable at the moment as it's dark blue text on a dark blue background!
Upgraded to latest version (1.0.6) and still having the issue.
