Listing categories in Album?

Sorting albums into categories is very usable, however... I would need to make a list (menu) of categories and related albums on the gallery default page. Is there any way to achieve this?

I'm having problems setting up categories and assigning pictures to them.

Check if your PHP have GD library.

Also, you can check it buy monitor the apache error log
/var/log/httpd/......error.log

I am also facing with problem on customize the output format

{cms_module module='Album' detailpage='pagealias' number='10' action='default' sortdesc='true' categories='1' albums='1,2' }

All I know is that Album always use the default template in database. Then how I can define which template to use ..

somethings like summarytemplate='dddddd.tpl'

Anyone have idea ?

When you make an Album the second tab, I think, has the settings for which template to use, you can also make new templates in the main Album interface click on the template tab and then 'Add Template'...

Mark, thanks for your answering so quickly.

Whaty I understand is that

You can set custom template for each Album

But for listing the categories for all album. Album hae default template called categories directly called from dababase.

So if I want to custom format for displaying all catorgies.  I have problem..

Hope you understand what I mean

the problem is one of 2 thing first your images are too small for image manager to make thumbs out of, it uses 96 x 96 as thumb size if it's smaller it wont make one, or you never looked at them in image manager...

I haven't looked into it in a long time but we used to have to look in image manager at the images to make thumbs, maybe it does it auto now...

Have you FTPed to your site to see if the images are in the folder?...
