File Uploads Module file list page with detail

Hello all.....this is to calguy1000 or anyone else that is familiar with this module.
I have a test Newletters page :
http://www.wannawebdesigns.com/index.php?page=newsletters
What I would like to remove from the detail is:
1. The Category
2. The Id
3. The path that is underneath the filename of the newsletter
4. The author
5. The Summary line that is not a hyperlink
6. and be able to have the word Description line up with the first line of detail in the description
If anyone can direct me to the place where I can edit this code , I would greatly appreciate it.
