Oh yeas I'm a beginner. I have litle by litle buid up sites and now I would like to have news just under menu, but I just can't make any sense how to do it. Oh yes and it would be so nice to have counter for visitors - is it possible. And when I get really demanding, a clock with date would also be nice. But most importans is that new module. My hard work sites are at tihis monet on the address http://81.209.6.149/cms/.

If and when I get this site ready with CMS, they will be moved.

So PLEASE - hel me with this news problem.

With thanks in advance.

Kati

Hi Kati,

before you are angrily please read this,

especially section Things to Keep in Mind first paragraph - remember, you ask sunday evening. Not sure, what you do on sunday evening. For me it's for personal use only :).

Please look at CMSms default install - there you will found the solution. You have to call News modul in sidebar div after menu call.
Oh yes and it would be so nice to have counter for visitors
Search is your friend - there are some projects on CMSms forge, for instance hitcounter

And when I get really demanding, a clock with date would also be nice.
Forum search is you friend to  :D

THANK YOU  :)

I was not angry, only dissapointed. Everyone has once been beginners and help is very appreciated! It's not always so easy to understand written text without some interpreting.

With you guidance I hope I'll get some result.

These sites I'm working with are both work - stydy and hobby, so hobby is the key, why I did them on sunday ;D
