Solved: Horizontal Nav Help

Guys would someone be able to help me? I want a stylesheet that has a horizontal menu on top and just 1 column below, something like this. (That is not my site btw). I have tried editing other CSS sheets but I have messsed them up!

You can use the default template "CSSMenu top + 2 columns" as a basis. You justhave to remove the left container to make the content-area fill it all, instead of having the two colums.

Ok kool, do you know how I could get all the default templates back as I deleted them (I know it was stupid), without uninstalling CMS?
