Experienced CMSMS sys admin/developer in London?

Hi
There's a charity in London having some teething problems setting up there intranet. ( windows server 2003)
Problems mainly with permissions.
Is there anyone within easy reach to help them out...( to show the ropes to the IT guys who are previously trained in Front page.)
I am just researching possibilities if this is not fixed in the next 24 hours. I may have to suggest they find/pay someone to go on site to help.
This is a server/hosting problem with windows 2003.
Please get back to me with some appropriate info about yourself if you might be interested.
Work may not be necessary but I need to find someone.. if not for this --maybe others in the future..
