greenery.xml template

I'm looking for a solution to a problem. Greenery.xml template downloaded from
http://themes.cmsmadesimple.org/Full_Themes.html - everything looks good but whenever I add a content page links do not appear on the public side to access. Anyone have a solution? I've also pinged the developer.

Do you have activated theme in menu Layout > Templates?

I'm having this same problem, none of the menu items show up except for the Home menu.
I just did a fresh install of CMS and Greenery.
Could someone explain how to fix this to someone new to CMS?

A lot (if not most) themes from that site do not work well since 1.0.6. Always a different problem. Hope it will me fixed soon.
