i hope this is possible, my client is insisting on this (and i agree with them, just can't find a way to do this) - how can one create pages that won't show up in the main menu?

in this specific example i want to create a "contact us" page and another "legal" page that won't show up in the main menu. link for these pages will be available separately from the top banner or the bottom menu; i don't mind creating the links manually, but is this possible at all?

When creating/editing page content you have "options" tab on top. Over there you find "Show in Menu:". If unmark that then page is not visible in menu.
