Site is sending SPAM

Hi,
My site was suspended today. The site admin says that is sending SPAM. I'm NOT sending spam. Could be that CMSmailer as some kind of bug ?

What can I do about it ?

What do you are using on your page (modules, tags) ?

Normally site admin can make a look into the logs and can see, which script is used for spam. Ask him once again.
