Hi I am having problems installing the FLVPlayer plugin, when I import the XML file into the Modules in admin of my site it completely crash the whole admin system of the CMSMadeSimple all I get is white screen with links down the side and nothing works properly.

I have looked all over these forums and the Development section of this site couldnt fine any instruction on how to install it properly. I think someone mentioned you have to upload the flvplayer.swf and the .js files to your website but not sure what dir to upload them in. I have tried to upload them in the root dir of the website and the upload folder but still does not work!

Please can someone give us a step by step guide on how to install and get this module working :)

Thanks in advance

I had the same thing happen to me. It REALLY f*#ked up the whole CMS system. I had to manually remove the FLVPlayer files. I reinstalled it and it installed fine (I still can't get it to work). Make sure you have CGExtensions installed first and check permissions after its installed. I've had a few modules go screwy due to permission getting messed up during installation.
Oh and I don't know why but when it screwed up my admin it somehow conflicted with the CSS making it not link. It is really buggy so be careful. A fresh install should do the trick. Once you get it installed good luck trying to figure out how to get it to work.

It requires the CGExtensions module first.  this little error about installing should be fixed in the next version.
