Wow. I wouldn't guess it was made with CMS Made Simple, because it doesn't look simple at all. Amazing what the right people can do with such a simple thing. ;)

You must be 'gifted'!

Very nice site, well polished... but...

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http% ... website%2F

It ain't quite xhtml, but you can probably blame phplayers for that. WHen my CSSMenu gets horizontal you can fix that up.

Otherwise very good. Sites like this could be used as a showcase for CMSMS maybe?

This is an absolutely AWSOME page, and a good example of how to use CMSMS for professional use. I think it should be used as a showcase, for sure!

Good job, man!

This site is really cool! Very nice design and professional looking website. What techniques (modules, etc.) are you using to create the whole site?

The site looks very nice, but for the source I saw that you used tables. Can you explain why you are working with tables and not just with sematic correct HTML?

Oups... Is it wrong to use tables? :S

Well ... using tables is as right as using M$ Excel for writing letters. Actually you CAN do it, but it's kind of abuse or misuse. Tables are not that bad but you should use relative sizing (%) instead of absolute sizes (px) and tables must not be nested. When you design a website and stick to these rules you will soon discover the beauty of CSS. And all of a sudden you wonder why anybody should use tables at all ...

Just my 0.02 EUR ...

Wow, I didn't know that! I'm quite a n00b though. This is definitly something I will have to learn more about, because sometimes when I design websites, the tables shows up wrong in some resolutions.

Where should I look to find more information about this? Toturials etc? Any keywords I can use at google maybe?
Thanks for letting me know about this. I know it's old news for most of you guys, but I'm still learning... ;)

You could try to search in google with the following words: "div css".

I found this article (via the dutch google) on the second place: http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum83/2579.htm . It seems to be very interesting...

I myself used this for a design: http://www.456bereastreet.com/lab/devel ... out/2-col/

Eventually you might try the webdesign library: http://webdesign.templatemonster.com/web/html-and-css/

And last but not least some general css: http://www.pmob.co.uk/temp/

Have fun!

There are quite a lot of websites out there dealing with css-layout. Try searching google for "css layout" or simply visit http://www.alistapart.com where you will find lots of "how to" articles and even more links.

Thanks guys! I know what I'll be doing this weekend!
I'm more of a programmer than a designer, but has always wanted to make good-looking websites without worrying about resolutions and stuff like that. Besides that, it's a messy code when you build the whole page on table-tags!

I'll look in to it, and once again thanks!
