No vertical scroll bar with IE7

Ok, I posted this before in "general help", but got no reply. I am still clueless:
IE7 seems to have problem with my CMSMS site. It fails to show a vertical scrollbar if the content does not fit the window. See for example http://lilalaser.de/lila/index.php/deut ... iodenlaser.
All the other browses I tried are fine (IE5, IE6, firefox, konqueror and epiphany). Anything I can do about this show-stopper?
Any hints appreciated.
