Upgrade 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 fails at Search Module

Hello,
I try it again and again, but the Upgrade with Diff Package von 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 fails at the Point where Search Module will be updated.
The message is:

Can somebody help me with this error and to get a clear Upgrade procedure.Upgrading Search module from 1.0.4 to 1.1...
