I really like the design/layout.
Some very minor points. I didn't like that line of text on the very top (and to the left). Seems a little out of place. Also, maybe the front has too much text? Its too much to read when you first load the site. Maybe keep the intro body simple with at most a paragraph or two.

Looks good, but fails validation - if that's what you're aiming for.

Very nice design...one minor issue: In FireFox and Safari for Mac, the right-bar.gif on the main body area is about 25px out of alignment with the top and bottom edges that it's supposed to line up with.
Looks great otherwise...good work!
