Module Manager ate my theme

Hi all:
I'm using CMSMS v1.0.5 installed in a directory on linux server. Love this CMS!
I wanted to install an FAQ module so I tried downloading Questions v1.0Beta 6 from Module Manager and 2 things happened simultaneously.
First, the CMS theme disapeared living me with a long white page of text and links.
Second, the following errors/warnings:
Warning: main(/home/livingx/public_html/climbKili/modules/CGExtensions/CGExtensions.module.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/livingx/public_html/climbKili/modules/Questions/Questions.module.php on line 30
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/livingx/public_html/climbKili/modules/CGExtensions/CGExtensions.module.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/livingx/public_html/climbKili/modules/Questions/Questions.module.php on line 30
the thing is i logged out, cleared cache, and restarted Firefox (i'm on Mac, btw). it seems the CMS theme won't restore. Has this ever happen to anyone?
Any clues on what i should do to bring it back to life?
