Hi,
Please can someone help me. I run a rugby club and we had a website set up for us - www.easternwarriorsrfc.co.uk we log into cms to update and add content.

The other week this message appeared when you go to our home page -

string(103) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 8]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'title' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(107) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 10]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'metadata' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(109) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 11]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'stylesheet' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(111) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 13]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'cms_selflink' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(113) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 17]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'global_content' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(109) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 49]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'cms_module' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(110) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 57]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'breadcrumbs' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)" string(106) "Smarty error: [in template:17 line 69]: [plugin] unknown tag - 'content' (core.load_plugins.php, line 123)"

I have contacted the people who hoost the site and they say that it is nothing to do with them. I have contacted the guy who set the site up, he does not understand it.

I have no techincal knowledge at all and would really appreciate anyone whocould help me.

Thank you in advance.

Craig

Check your paths in config.php, especially root_path, see also this thread, this one or this one for example.

(popped up after a forum search on 'unknown tag'...)

D

Hello Graig,

please tell us if this has solved your problem so I can put this in the "trouble shooting" section of the wiki.
