I only saw a yellow bar, is that it? Make sure you selected export all slices and not just selected slices.

Well you can't expect to see any photoshop content in a .txt file
You will only see the "bones" of the page but no graphics or anything. I recommend you save your Photoshop file as a JPEG and upload it so we can see what you're trying to accomplish.
================
According to Mozilla's WebDeveloper, this is basically what your layout is right now:
Basically you just would need to slice your graphics and place them in the right container.

I've taken photoshop jpegs and made templates out of them, cut them up into images that can be put into boxes, didn't know photoshop made HTML/CSS files...

Photoshop & Imageready produce awful HTML and CSS.
I've created many sites from photoshop templates but I have never even thought about using the created HTML and CSS. I have always just sliced the images and wrote the template from scratch (or used a previous project/template).
