Hi All,

I'm using CMSMS v1.0.3 & Formbuilder v0.2.1 and have created a form that is separated into 5 pages and emails the results to a 'destination' email address. This all works fine.

I would like the submitter of the form to get a copy of it by some method. Does someone have any ideas on how this can be done?

I tried using the {print} tag so a hard copy could be printed. The problem with this is that it only displayed a printer friendly page with blank fields.
I don't see any way to also send the form to the email address that's supplied in the form. (Looks like this is a feature request though)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and I'm up for modifying some code if necessary
