Feedback form with captcha?

I know how to do the quick e-mail form to a single person with captcha, but I'm wondering if there's a way to use captcha with feedback form when you have a selection of recipients? I'm using the feature for my contact form, so if they select one subject, it goes to one person, another subject goes to another person, etc. I have captcha installed but don't see a way to use it with this type of feedback form. And I really don't want to have to make single pages for each person that needs to be contacted.
If Feedbackform can't do it, is there a good alternative? I had a self-written module handling my contacts before, but recently started getting spam through that form. I upgraded CMSMS and started using the FeedbackForm, but it's also getting spammed as of today - all the recipients are getting it. So I really need to use captcha on there.
