New theme: 1024px adapted to CMSMS

New upload to themes.cmsmadesimple.org.
Andreas Viklund's 1024px template. Fixed width (for 1024px wide displays) and options for sidebar on left or right side....
Modified it to include a narrow width suitable for 800px wide displays as well as a fluid-width option.....
Six CMSMS templates are included, all using the same stylesheet. All templates use the same markup except for minimal additions to apply classes to an element or two in order to achieve the desired layout.
Basic menu and news templates are included (the news has to be 'installed' 'manually', as theme manager doesn't export those).
