ypSlideOutMenus

I recently discovered Youngpup's ypSlideOutMenus (http://webapp.youngpup.net/?request=/components/ypSlideOutMenus.xml) and wonder if it could be ported to a cmsms dynamic menu? Maybe this has been done before, or maybe it's not possible? Or is there something similar already developed?
